Many people thought I was gorgeous. I did not. Actually, I was miserable and unhappy.
In 2015, God heard my cries and blessed me with WILLPOWER.
In 2015, God heard my cries and blessed me with WILLPOWER.
Then I joined Weight Watchers, months later Shaq Fitness (now 24 Hour Fitness).
I began seeing results in 2016. Reached many plateaus, but continued to transform.
When others noticed my weight loss, I started feeling SEXY.
Here’s when EMBRACING ME started getting easier and easier.
The transformation of Tonnette Collier never looked so good.
Treated myself to Pensacola Beach. I wasn’t brave enough to wear a bathing suit.
Then my face started changing size, and did I get scores of double takes.
The day I was able to put on my seat belt without excessive pulling of the straps,
I was elated.
Capturing my beauty, I dote on myself daily. That’s what single ladies must do.
Love yourself more, that’s what I did and still do.
Do what you must do. I am med-free, really fit and the best cook.
Beauty is what YOU make of it!
Juggle it all, I’m earning my doctorate, teach all grade levels, exercise and eat healthy.
I never look to man for validation. I VALIDATE me.

WEIGHT LOSS…it takes will power! This is what I did and continue to do, even at age 57. If it works for me, it will work for you.
First ask God for WILLPOWER. You must have will power. Things I did to jump-start my new lifestyle + WW Education + 24Hour Fitness =
1st… No fast foods No sugary beverages, diet drinks No enriched or processed foods No boxed foods No white food products by man No carbs after 3 PM Veggies with EVERY meal/snack 16 oz room temperature water EVERY MORNING before eating.
Gradually incorporate, then 2nd… Portion control Night eating no, veggies ONLY Reduce chicken consumption Red meat, NO Reduce alcohol consumption Exercise, simple walks, increase
Now, here’s where I am., 3rd No chicken, eat boiled eggs Crunchy peanut butter More beans, legumes Plant base everything Chamomile Tea More nuts Pure cane suguar No alcohol, winter holidays only 3oz red wine max Less dairy Zumba, Cycling Rest, no stressing Never be discouraged, regroup try again Dote on yourself
Loveubunches! Remember God didn’t design the world in a day. He planned EVERY STAGE…go for it! Always me Tonnette Collier, M.Ed.
30 minutes a day, that’s all it takes. But I choose 2-3 hours, if time permits.
When you doodle, eat healthy snacks.
Study your body, educate yourself about its responses to foods, beverages, fitness etc.
Know that you are beautiful and care less about what other’s may think.
I have reached a plateau!
Don’t be discouraged, a plateau will happen.
157.1 pounds gone, not bad after 2 months of no weight loss.
Continue your weight loss journey, even when plateaus seem endless.
Willpower, I have it! Thank God!
i
love
you
I love Tonnette Collier to the moon and back a gazillion times.

Nothing is wrong with feeling sexy, and age 58 makes no difference.
388 in the beginning – 175 lost in 5 years = 213 pounds as of March 2020.
13 more pounds to reach 200 pounds of pleasingly plumpness. I thought 53 more pounds, but changed my mind. Nowadays, most men want a little meat on your bones…LOL
58 and as sweet as I want to be.
Embracing Me has truly shed new light on my life. I have learned another thing about my body…heavy seasonings with lots of sodium makes me retain water weight. I’m preparing my meals with individual seasonings instead of season all. Please look at the sodium content of all food products.
If it’s over 140 mg of sodium, don’t eat it. Don’t cook with it!
Slowly but surely making every effort to reach my weight loss goal. But dammit this COVID 19 lock down is forcing me to eat more veggies to avoid repacking on pounds. Pray!
I’d surely love to show off my lovely new look, but being safe is what matters.
Be BEAUTIFUL at home!
If my smile make you smile, then I’m really happy.
Exercise your right!
I love my transformation.
I am in love with my new ME.
220 pounds now, age 59 and continuously thanking God for the WILL POWER to maintain a very healthy lifestyle.
The pandemic did it. Since March 2020, I gained 7 pounds. Honestly, I started freaking out. Prior to Christmas, my 2021 resolutions were to become vegan/pescatarian. Give me time, I CANNOT give up sea food, and some fresh water fish etc. Nonetheless, I finally reached 219. My goal, 200 or less by the end of this year. Pray for me.
